Export Sales & Marketing

We leverage our international sales experience and global wine industry network to help wineries efficiently increase exports.

  • Sales

    • Establish export sales strategy (sales and revenue volumes, sales territories, timing, brand positioning)

    • Conduct due diligence on potential importers

    • Collaborate with winery to negotiate terms and appoint importers

    • Manage day-to-day communications, monthly check-ins, and/or semi-annual business reviews as needed to strengthen relationship and attain sales objectives

    • Organize impactful market visits for winery as needed

    • Manage submissions of wine tenders to importers

    • Provide quarterly updates to winery management

  • Marketing

    • Ensure presentations and marketing collateral localized and best in class

    • Work with winery to establish sustainable A&P budgets in line with importers’ sales objectives

    • Ensure available resources maximized from trade organizations and US government agencies

    • Participation in key international trade shows

    • Coordinate winery visits by key international clients

  • Operations & Logistics

    • Coordinate sample shipments with winery – evaluations, tenders, trade shows, etc.

    • Streamline export logistics, compliance, and ordering

    • Collaborate with winemaking, procurement, and marketing teams to maximize opportunities
